The Saddler is a stitch for stitch revival of one of our first shirting silhouettes. Nearly a decade after its introduction, folks were sending us their trusty Saddler Shirts for repair through our Restitch program, and seeing how well they held up over the years, we felt inspired to bring The Saddler back for a new generation of our TS family to enjoy. Built from a tough 100% organic cotton chino material and run through a heavy stonewash, this one feels like a vintage find from the very first wear, but as we’ve seen, The Saddler is more than capable of taking on years of hard wear, and just looks better for it.
While the cut of our Saddler Shirt is a picture of simplicity—sharp California collar, dual chest pockets, and some handy adjustable cuffs—the unique materials set it apart from the pack. This tough, tightly woven 5-oz pigment dyed chino material is built from 100% organic cotton, helping us maintain our promise to Protect Wild, Forever, while leaning on impressive durability to save even more resources by staying in your wardrobe and out of the landfill for a decade or more. We finish it off with a heavy stone wash, giving The Saddler the look and feel of a beat up old favorite right out of the box.
