The Magnus—our first foray into the traditional Fair Isle sweater—borrows design sensibilities from its traditional predecessors, with some considered updates in tailoring and materials. The iconic yoke pattern is instantly recognizable, but we’ve opted for a much finer Merino Wool in lieu of a more coarse and scratchy sheeps wool, retaining all of the insulation and weather resistance without the itch.
Built from 100% merino wool in a midweight 7 gauge yarn, The Magnus Sweater in Natural boasts some incredible moisture wicking, temperature regulating benefits, making it every bit as functional as it is handsome. Finished with classic rib detailing at the cuff, collar, and hem and adorned with an eye-catching Fair Isle yoke pattern.
