Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

Material
Because The Heavy Bag Long Sleeve Tee uses upcycled and recycled yarns—which are shredded and respun—it's 100% waterless and emits only trace amounts of CO2. For reference: this tee would take roughly 1,200 gallons of water to manufacture conventionally. That's a lot of hydration!
