Black Nihon Menpu Selvage Slim Jean
While these jeans were built in the USA, they started their journey in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. There, individual cotton yarns were dyed using a traditional “bingokasura” method, then woven into a distinctive 13.5-oz. denim with a smooth hand and unique expression that will yield gorgeous fades down the line. Outfitted with custom YKK copper hardware and tailored to our signature Slim (not skinny) fit with a medium rise and gentle taper from thigh to the leg opening.

Material
From the copper YKK shanks and rivets to the organic map print pocketing to the hefty leather back patch, every inch of our denim is overseen with a meticulous eye. Rendered in balanced Japanese selvage denim and built in the USA, The Slim Jean in Black Nihon Menpu Selvage represents the pinnacle of denim quality, and they’ll look even better with a few years of fades on ‘em.
