Weekly Edition: Indigo Good Acre Vintners Chore Pant

We created the Good Acre Vintner's Chore Pant as a side project a couple years ago with a close friend of ours. The goal was simple; make a better fitting pair of pants you could work in and wear casually. We messed with different reinforced knees and pocket designs for quite some time before landing on the model that became what it is today. The deep hacked pockets make for easy access and the back bucket patch pockets have a good amount of space to them. The knees have a solid double layer for added protection no matter what you are up to.

The real update was the fit. A certain company had been making double knee pants for decades but they were always way too baggy. We raised the crotch ever so slightly and tailored the leg so you end up with a more freely moving pair of pants. We always found that our pant leg was getting caught in our bike gears and whenever we tried to climb over a fence the low crotch was getting caught. Simple fixes that made a world of difference.

So throw 'em on with just about anything, be it a flannel while you are out doing some work in the yard or an oxford if it's time for dinner. These are just about the perfect pair of pants.
