Springtime Adventures In Italy.

This past spring we saddled up and headed east. So far east, we skipped across the proverbial pond and then some. We were on a mission to seek out some new manufacturing partners to both construct garments and mill fabrics for us. The destinations: Italy and Portugal.

Just into town from the shores of Lake Como was our first stop on what quickly became a whirlwind tour. After a red eye from New York and a 3 hour drive or so we spent the afternoon at this particular historic knitting mill, which specializes in knit ties, staring at colors, weaves and the many different designs 'til our heads were spinning.

We landed on a couple choice designs that we released yesterday and committed many more to memory for the coming seasons. We couldn't be more pleased with the subtle detail and the beauty of the finished product.

After a brief visit to the lake for some afternoon Nebbiolo, pizza and gelato we were on our merry way.

All I have to say is you Italian folks, you're good, you. Thanks for the hospitality and we are already looking forward to the next round.
