The Senegal Adventure Kit

A good friend of Taylor Stitch, Aaron Britt has put together some necessities that are taking him to Senegal in association with IDEO.org. Here is what he had to say about the adventure...

"I first started dreaming about Francophone West Africa when I had a pair of Senegalese kids as students at a tony DC summer school where I wheedled my 23-year-old self in as an English teacher. It only took nine years, but now I find myself on the eve of departure for some time in Senegal with my IDEO.org colleagues investigating the effects of smallholder farmers' crops spoiling after harvest. It's an adventure for sure, one that will take me from bustling Dakar into the Sengalese countryside, and who knows where else. Got my notebook and a digital recorder. Kissed my son twice. On y va."

Clark's Originals Desert Boots

Charles Mingus' Beneath The Underdog
