Paper to Product: Men's Edition 253

Last July we unveiled the Long Haul, our take on the classic trucker jacket. Since hitting the shelves, it has become most every one’s layer of choice around the Taylor Stitch studio. It’s the perfect weight for SF’s mild weather and dresses up or down easily. In fact, the Long Haul scratches so many itches we can’t stop releasing it in new flavors.

Working with the Cone Selvage fabrics we introduced last week, we’re releasing two spring weight Long Hauls with this month’s Natural to Indigo collection.

If duty calls, you could pair them with their matching camp pants to create some Bill Cunningham worthy fashion fatigues (please don’t do this). More likely, you’ll enjoy pairing the indigo 2x1 twill with tan chinos or white denim and some crisp tennis shoes. The Natural Cone selvage canvas offers more range because it pairs well with both black and indigo denim without treading into tuxedo territory. On second thought, the Natural goes well with every color pant.

This will be our last Long Haul till fall arrives, so if either of these Cone fabrics are going in the same direction as you were thinking, swipe some deodorant under your arms, stick your thumb out and hitch a ride aboard Issue 2 of the Natural to Indigo collection.
